RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE

UK ONLINE RETURNS POLICY & PROCEDURE

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied or you wish to cancel your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a refund within 14 working days from delivery.

 

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.

 

DAMAGED/FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEMS

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence in order for us to claim costs back from the delivery service.

 

We also reserve the right to cancel any order. If this happens you will receive a full refund with 14 working days.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY

Unfortunately we do not offer a returns policy for items shipped abroad at this time. We also cannot take responsibility for items damaged during shipping. We do take great care to unsure your items are packaged safely but unfortunately items may be damaged in transit.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

If you wish to cancel your order then please contact us straight away before your order is dispatched.

If we are able to cancel your order before it has been dispatched then you will be given a full refund. however if the item has been dispatched then you will have to send it back to us at your own cost and will receive a refund excluding postage once we have received the item back in a resalable condition.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

Please note that international and European orders may be subject to customs charges. We have no control over the amount of these charges as they may differ depending on the country and it's rules and rates. Unfortunately we are unable to accept or refund any charges given to you by customs.

Opie’s Beard Co. reserves the right to update and/or change the terms and conditions of our Opie’s Beard Co. gift voucher at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your Opie’s Beard Co. gift voucher constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. Opie’s Beard Co. gift voucher remain the property of Opie’s Beard Co. who maintains the right to cancel the card in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so.

 

The value of your Opie’s Beard Co. gift card can be redeemed online at opiesbeardco.co.uk The gift voucher amount cannot be exchanged for cash/credit or redeemed on shipping or against the purchase of another voucher. Please note Opie’s Beard Co. gift vouchers cannot be used in any barbers that stock Opie’s Beard Co. products.

 

Validity/Expiration

Your Opie’s Beard Co. gift voucher is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of activation, after which any remaining balance will be removed and the voucher will become invalid and no longer available for use.

 

Lost/ Stolen/ Damaged

In cases where your Opie’s Beard Co. gift voucher is lost or stolen, Opie’s Beard Co. is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. Opie’s Beard Co. cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a Opie’s Beard Co. gift voucher as a result of theft or fraud. All Opie’s Beard Co. gift vouchers have a unique voucher number which is required for online purchases and may only be used once. Opie’s Beard Co. cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use where the voucher number and has become known to another party

 

Should your Opie’s Beard Co. gift voucher become damaged, Opie’s Beard Co. will be able to replace the card providing you still have the voucher in your possession and the necessary details can be obtained.

 

Crediting a Opie’s Beard Co. gift voucher

Should you return product(s) purchased using a Opie’s Beard Co. gift voucher for a refund the amount due will be credited to Paypal accounts only and are subject to have the shipping costs subtracted(see www.opiesbeardco.co.uk/returns-shipping for more details.)

 

If a partial refund is made for any purchase using a Opie’s Beard Co. gift voucher and another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to other payment method used the first instance.

 

Governing Law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
